My name is Kostas Minetos and I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Kefalonia. I have many years experience in the service industry, including...

- I am a fully qualified chef, trained at the School of Tourist Profession on the island of Corfu.
- I worked for five years in the UK as head chef, overseeing a staff of 8 people
- For the last ten years I have run by own businesses... Eleni Studios and Pool Bar, Lourdas and more recently, Andromeda Centre, Lourdas
- I have hosted many Greek and British weddings, both at the studios and at Andromeda Centre
- I am a well-known business man in the area and have many contacts to help with organising weddings and other functions

My business partner, Teresa Fragiskatos, an Irish native, lived in New York for almost 20 years and also has many years experience in the service industry, both in the US and in Greece.
